What we won't compromise
Three things that hold across every site.
Operators, not allocators
We own and run what we buy. The people who sign the contract are accountable for the site — power, cooling, retrofit and uptime are ours, not someone else's problem.
Boring where it counts
Power headroom and a feasible cooling path are underwritten before we commit. Delivery dates live in the contract, not in a proposal. The unglamorous work is the whole edge.
Accountable by design
A real board, real diligence, and a paper trail behind every commitment. Infrastructure is a long-dated promise, and we run the company like one.
Board
A board that has built this industry.
Point is governed by operators from data-center design, enterprise technology and AI infrastructure. Roles listed are their principal positions elsewhere.
